Everyone there is super professional. My 2007 Prius works like a charm. I got a 3g battery upgrade for ~ 1K less that Hendrick Toyota was charging to replace my 2g battery cells. The service was quick, clean, and the best deal in town. My only critique would be that the bag of complimentary goldfish
